How to cook with our ramen broth

Fundo ramen bouillon

  1. Shake before use
  2. Pour the broth into a casserole and heat over medium heat
  3. Add Chinese or Japanese noodles and allow to simmer slowly
  4. Add any garnishes of your choice, such as mushrooms, vegetables, thinly sliced meat or tofu
  5. Enjoy!

Extra cooking and storage tips

  • Vegan cooking is a breeze using our vegetable ramen broth. Add a little tofu for some extra bite or serve it plain: the choice is yours.
  • One 465 ml jar contains two portions of noodle broth. If you’re only making a single serving, you can store the rest in the fridge for up to three days.
  • This ready-to-use ramen broth is also suitable for Japanese fondue and to drink plain. Simply heat it up to enjoy an Oriental drinking broth in no time.
