Fundo fonds simmer for an extra long time and therefor have a rich and full flavor. This makes them ideal for the preparation of sauces,stews,risotto and soups. Our fonds are suitable for every diet.

Our fonds are ready to use but you can boil them even more our add your own personal seasonings. Thanks to the sterilization you can keep them at least 18 months. Our fonds are low in salt (only 3gr of salt per liter).

Suggestion : If you have a left over, you can freeze it!
