D\u00e9coupez les premi\u00e8res en cubes, d\u00e9coupez la carotte en rondelles et faites-les revenir ensemble avec les oignons.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes aux l\u00e9gumes, mettez un couvercle sur la casserole et laissez cuire le tout environ 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Mixez la soupe avec un mixeur plongeur et ajouter le lait de coco.
