Placez un peu de beurre dans une po\u00eale et faites revenir l\u2019\u00e9chalote et l\u2019ail \u00e0 feux doux-moyen.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez-y le vin et le fond de b\u0153uf Fundo et ajoutez \u00e9galement les branches de thym et la feuille de laurier. Mettez \u00e0 feu vif et portez le tout \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.
