Faites cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la peau soit dor\u00e9e. Retournez la viande et faites-la cuire encore 4 minutes. Placez la viande dans un plat allant au four et mettez-la au four pendant 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Versez le Porto dans une casserole et faites-le r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 \u00e0 feu vif. Ajouter le fond de volaille Fundo et portez \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Ajoutez le thym et faites r\u00e9duire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la sauce devienne un peu plus \u00e9paisse.
