beurre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il commence \u00e0 mousser.<\/li>\n<li>Brunissez votre faisan de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Attention, commencez par les c\u00f4t\u00e9s et veillez \u00e0 ce que le beurre ne br\u00fble pas.<\/li>\n<li>Remplissez ensuite la cocotte avec les chicons entiers.
